Silver and White Striped Flat Lid Hamper

Wolof women in rural Senegal weave these beautiful baskets from abundant cattail stalks, and plastic strips used to make outdoor mats. The hamper's features mellow bands of silver and white. The flat lid fits snugly inside the basket top, and includes a braided loop handle.
